***Shagshop Rooftop, a Brooklyn party/jam-filled band from Brooklyn, got its name from throwing a dozen raucous DIY rooftop parties atop of Shag, a sexy shop in Williamsburg, over the last seven years. Their last rooftop show, on top of Shag, brought over 200 people and was featured on Mayor Mamdani's Instagram. With catchy originals spanning several genres (latin, Indie, rock, funk) and covers that span from Radiohead to Led Zeppelin to the Beatles to Frank Sinatra -- Shagshop Rooftop has graduated from its own rooftop to venues across the city, including a sold out show at Union Pool earlier this year, and now to their Sultan Room Rooftop debut, where they will be joined by Good Time Mystery Vision.***
