Day of the Dead with 1tbsp Cósmica returns to Mexico City on the one night the city does better than anywhere else: Día de Muertos. 1tbsp is the left-field dance project of Australian producer Maxwell Byrne — synth-pop, tech-house, reggaeton and whatever else he picks up along the way. He has produced with Ninajirachi and with the raw techno-punk of Soltera and Sonido Sex out of Los Angeles, and is a Grammy nominee for his songwriting and production work on Golden Vessel, his first band project.
