On Friday 6 November, BHAN returns to the Eastway Baths for a night of music, art and solidarity with the Palestinian People. WHY PALESTINE BHAN is built on kindness, presence and community. Those values reach beyond our dancefloor. We believe that freedom, safety and dignity belong to everyone, and we cannot stay silent when they are denied to the Palestinian people. As we mark three years since 7 October 2023, more than 75,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza by the Israel Occupation Force. Many others are being persecuted, uprooted from their homes and killed in the West Bank and southern Lebanon. As we witness the genocide of our times, the dancefloor can and must be a place of solidarity, action and resistance. This night is an invitation to come together, raise funds and turn our solidarity into practical support. Because the path to a better world passes through the dancefloor. ART FOR PALESTINE BHAN is a space for freedom in all its forms, including artistic freedom. That’s why we’re calling on all artists to join us on 6 November and sell their art for Palestine. In collaboration with RETOUCH + PRINT, we’re launching three limited-edition printed posters, available to buy only at the event. All profits from their sale will go to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP). A limited-edition T-shirt is also available through BHAN merch, with £10 from every T-shirt sold donated to MAP. More fundraising products - including Palestinian flags, keffiahs and water bottles - will be announced soon. If you are an artist yourself and would like to join the fundraiser, please email giovanni@bhan.events THE EVENING We will follow the usual BHAN ritual: 6:30 to 8:00 pm · the social time Arrive, settle in, meet your fellow BHANners and support the fundraiser by buying one of the products available. 8:00 to 11:00 pm · the BHAN time Three hours dedicated to the dancefloor, with live audiovisuals and live writing.
