So, what's the deal with curses that make their victims powerful immortals? I suppose it starts with Cain of the Bible, but it happens time and again: Angelus, the exiles of planet Zeist, and Imhotep, High Priest of Osiris. It's that last one that we're thinking of, here, as you may have noticed from the event title and the poster, but really; watch the first fifteen minutes of this movie and tell us there's ANY good reason for them not to have just killed Imhotep, especially after the guards heard that he was the only one who could resurrect queen Rocks On the Moon. Down In Front will be riffing The Mummy, starring Brendan Fraser and Rachel Weiss. Come have some popcorn and a laugh!
