ALTERED IMAGES VOL. VII Altered Images returns to Club Cheek for a late-night programme focused on experimental electronic music, moving image and immersive audiovisual culture. The night begins with a short experimental film screening before moving into a continuous programme of DJs and live electronic performance, gradually shifting from darker experimental sounds into a full late-night club environment. Headlining the night is Oliver Ho performing live as Broken English Club, bringing his distinctive combination of industrial electronics, hypnotic rhythms and dark, physical energy to the space. Berlin-based Spanish artist Alienata joins the lineup for a special DJ set moving between raw electro, acid, techno and industrial textures. Her performance will be accompanied by a dedicated visual environment created by Laurie Bender, extending the relationship between sound and moving image throughout the night. Visuals and moving image will run throughout the night, creating an evolving environment around the music rather than functioning simply as background projection. IMAGE / SOUND / MOVEMENT.
