Reflected returns this winter with a series of five events at KLAKAZ, the former Six Dogs and a cornerstone of Athens club culture for years. The series opens with Paris-based VOLTAIRE, a regular on Laurent Garnier's label Cod3 QR and one of the newcomers to watch as French techno renews itself. His background as a sound recordist and mixer for cinema and fashion shows in a precise, high-quality studio sound. He calls his style "emotional eclecticism": it moves from the Detroit pioneers to the electro of the 2000s and 2010s. He has remixed Garnier's "Tales from the Real World" and has shared the line-up with the godfather of French techno at several events. Talented newcomer Spania opens the night. She is followed by Mångata Projekt, the Athens duo of Tasos Filippou and Thanos Makris. Their back-to-back sets are known for deep and melodic house and techno with vocals and classical elements, and they've released music on Skala's Amaeo, Massano's Simulate, Saint Vie's Akumandra among others.
