Ukoko & Aurora Fests present Wakyin: HallowFest. On Saturday, October 24, Wakyin lands in San José for a special Halloween night at Ukoko. Drawing from his Dominican and Puerto Rican roots, Wakyin blends Afro House with infectious Latin rhythms, Caribbean percussion and contemporary house grooves, creating a sound built for the dance floor. With releases including Peligrosa, Closer, Matador and Beso (Fruta Fresca), his sound has reached dance floors around the world while bringing a distinctly Afro-Latin identity to modern house music.
