Come one, come all. Part Time Locals is taking over a historic location on 31 October for an open-air Halloween Carnival. No scares, no blood. Just big fun, big prizes, costumes, surprises and house music until the morning. A special guest is flying in from the US, joined by a selected lineup of PTL residents. A hidden open-air courtyard, dressed for the carnival. Costumes encouraged. Fun required.
