Bestial Mouths at Psyched! Studios

2026-11-01
19:00:00 - 23:00:00
Castro Theatre, San Francisco

On November 1, Psyched! Studios hosts one of the festival’s most uncompromising lineups, led by Bestial Mouths, the darkwave and industrial project guided by the commanding vision and haunting voice of Lynette Cerezo. Through theatrical performances, electronic textures, and emotionally charged explorations of grief, trauma, transformation, and survival, Bestial Mouths has become a formidable presence in the international underground. Joining them is White Boy Scream, the experimental-classical project of soprano, composer, and sound artist Micaela Tobin. Tobin dissects operatic and extended vocal techniques through electronics and hardware, moving between noise, drone, choral walls, ancient mythology, ancestral memory, and diasporic storytelling. Slow Slow Loris, a duo based between Berlin and the United States, creates industrial-noise compositions in which visceral vocals and electronics move between delicate atmospheres and overwhelming storms of sound. Crune arrives from Detroit with a theatrical collision of drum machines, theremin, synthesizers, strings, shapeshifting vocals, industrial music, EBM, punk, and what the project calls witch pop. Visuals by Psyched! Radio Visuals Collective will transform Psyched! Studios throughout the night. Psyched! Fest 2026 runs October 11 through November 1, celebrating five years of independent music, art, diversity, and counterculture in San Francisco.
