Rooted in Baile Funk and moving across techno, trance, tribal, and Latin sounds, CyberKills have been connecting Brazilian queer culture with club music. Known for collaborations with artists such as Pabllo Vittar, Linn da Quebrada, and Gloria Groove, the duo now travels from Brazil, on the opposite side of the globe, to Japan for the first time. Joining them are BAILEFUNK KAKEKO, who has been building connections between Baile Funk and Japan; pìccolo, moving freely across global dance music through their own interpretation; and DJ PS2 DESBLOQUEADO, a key presence in Tokyo’s Baile Funk scene. They are joined by T-Cray, Yurushite Nyan, and Neön, DJs active across different corners of Tokyo’s underground, alongside GOGO QUEENS OKINI and KAGUYA. As September arrives and the lingering heat of summer begins to fade, the nights grow longer. Brazilian dance music echoing from the opposite side of the globe, and Tokyo lurking deep within its concrete jungle.
