On Friday October 30th we invite Spiral Generator to The Compound. We will present a soft landing for this super natural super group to unravel us all into the weekend. Opening up the floor will be a live set by Sema. Through a mix of live hardware, incorporating deep sounds of industrial and esoteric noise, with a lowly groove to welcome us into the night for a heavy weighted momentum to endure. Followed by Starship Truth (RVA), a force of the underground and a heady selector, will join us and carry us onwards. Starship Truth as individual always has a presence on the dance floor, but behind the decks they'll be spinning an eclectic set of their most favored vinyl. Rocking somewhere between strange retro, and experimental house, we are honored to invite them to The Compound. Starship Truth is known for it's work on Richmonds WRIR radio show and supporting their scene tenfold. Next up, we have one of Baltimores favorite club producers and DJs - Tromac. Drawing influence from both Go-go and Baltimore Club music, Tromac will take us to many planes while sustaining the beat, bound to get our bodies in movement. It’s always a party when Tromac is in the room. We can count on him to power up the floor to get us into gear for what’s to come with Spiral Generator. 30,000 AD, T. Wan, Pamela_and their sons, MIRA MIRA, Kiernan Laveaux, and Rage.inald are Spiral Generator. Known for their experimental dance music band and revolutionary output towards the machine, we will receive the 3 hour transmission incorporating an entanglement of sounds - from live instruments and bouncing innovations, vinyl, and hardware. This hybrid will generate a lot as it should, so don’t miss this. Spiral Generator is a treat but we are certainly excited to see what tricks they have up their sleeve. We can’t say too much, as this is surely something you will need to see and experience for yourselves. Projections by JK Ultra Lighting by Elightworks Need we say more? This event is 21+
