Housequake is the legendary collaboration between two of the Netherlands’ most influential house DJs: ROOG & Erick E. What started as a spontaneous back-to-back session grew into a phenomenon that has shaped generations of Dutch clubbers. Both have been key figures in the scene since the ’90s, from iconic clubs and concepts such as RoXY, Now & Wow, Sneakerz and RUSH to major festivals including Mysteryland, Sensation and Dance Valley. Together, Housequake is a different beast. Working across four decks, ROOG & Erick E blend tracks, loops and elements live, creating unique mash-ups and unexpected moments on the spot. No two Housequake sets are ever the same. Following three successful years of their History of House shows, Housequake returns exclusively to Podium Victorie in Alkmaar on Friday, September 25 for a special 4-hour set. Joining them are Leon Benesty, with DIVINE KAOS — the powerhouse combination of DJ/MC DIVINE and Rotterdam’s KIM KAOS — taking care of the closing set. Expect four hours of Housequake at full force: two DJs, four decks and a journey through house music past and present.
