"**Dave Angel** Part of the very fabric of UK techno, Dave Angel's status as a figurehead of electronic culture is no hyperbole. It's cemented in fact, and in the memories of everyone who has lived, loved and danced to his music over more than 30 years as a producer. The son of a jazz musician and elder brother of British hip-hop artist Monie Love, he came to the fore during the explosion of acid house in 1980s London. His weekly show on pirate station Phaze One, alongside Fabio and Grooverider, was one of the zeitgeist broadcasts of its time, championing a new sound that was captivating the country's youth. It catapulted him into the media spotlight, with Mixmag, DJ Magazine and The Guardian all proclaiming him a major force in UK techno and acid house. In 1991 his reworking of Eurythmics' "Sweet Dreams" launched him nationally. The club reaction was so strong that RCA were forced to release it, and it debuted at #23 in the UK Singles Chart. Orbital, Sun Electric, Carl Cox, Spooky, James, Roni Size, Model 500 and Underworld have all invited him to remix their work. His Rotation Records gave early platforms to Adam Beyer, Christian Smith, Deetron, Vince Watson, Laidback Luke, Steve Rachmad and Misstress Barbara, among many others. Backed by the scene's biggest names and a constant stream of robust dancefloor gems, Dave Angel remains one of electronic music's true characters, with an industrious approach to his craft and an aura of positivity that comes through in every uplifting record. **Drivetrain** Derrick Thompson, aka Drivetrain, is the founder of Soiree Records International, the long-running Detroit label dedicated to underground, intelligent rhythm science across house, techno, downtempo and experimental. Distributed worldwide, Soiree has released music by over 100 composers and been pivotal in launching the careers of many popular artists. A producer on labels around the globe since the 1990s, Derrick is in constant demand from major and independent labels alike. As a touring DJ, he has electrified clubs, festivals and venues internationally with dynamic, energetic mixing and impeccable track selection. A musical powerhouse delivering authentic music that reflects his Detroit roots. **4R15** Barcelona resident Aris came to the decks through a lifelong love of art, music and clubbing, moving from digital to vinyl over four years. For him, techno is a rule-free vessel for exploring the darkest corners and finding the light. Expect fast, shadowy, rhythm-led sets pierced by fleeting windows of light. **Francisco B** Barcelona-born techno built on hypnotic grooves, deep percussion and evolving atmospheres. Sets that live in the space between repetition and movement, with tension, flow and a strong physical presence. Has shared lineups with Alexander Kowalski, César Almena and DAVE.IT.
