On 11+12/09: it’s a double celebration at BLUR. Two nights, two different vibes, and a collaboration we’re particularly happy about with Kiosk Radio and Refuge Worldwide for our first Friday night! Friday On Friday, we’re finally welcoming Refuge Worldwide Co-Founder Richard Akingbehin and head of Kynant Records, someone we’ve wanted to invite for a long time and whose work we’re huge fans of. Deep-Techno lovers, this one is for you! Tori Ann, who’s already played at the club and whom we love, will kick things off in the Sub. In the Studio, Tama Sumo and Lakuti will join forces for a back to back. If you’ve never seen these two play together and you’re into soulful, deep global house vibes, you really don’t want to miss this one. Opening duties go to No Plastic b2b Jeyrototo, and to finish things off, our friend Timmerman, with his endless love for the kind of disco and house! Saturday On Saturday, we switch gears and dive into minimal techno and deep techno in the Sub, with the brilliant RDS playing live. His EP on Nest features an absolute minimal techno bomb that everyone has been playing this summer. We’re super proud to welcome him for his first live show in Brussels. We’re also very happy to welcome french dj and radio programmer Bambi, whose deep techno influences will make her perfect for the late night landing in the Sub. In the Studio, Leef and Casper, because locals do it better! There’s something for every head, every heart, every mood and every taste at BLUR this weekend.
