Earthworm sprouts from the soil once more with sonic offerings from a whole host of mystical beings. The autumnal edition welcomes a special live set from the inimitable and elusive Elijah Minnelli traversing the realms of dub, folk, cumbia et al with a unique irreverence. Joining us from Australia via Paris is Gillielove, an artist adept in composing soundscapes informed by soundsystem and psychedelia seamlessly bringing together trippy textures, gritty percussive elements and weighty bass. We’re honoured to present the UK debut of Italian duo Hagva who will present their blistering live set for only the third time ever. Rooted in techno but constantly mutating through elements of post-club, experimental and rhythmic deconstruction their live set was destined to blow minds and socks off alike. Rounding off our guests for the evening is a bestie2bestie from London’s resident queens of cosiness - Avsluta and Alicia who are the brains (and hearts) behind Terra Obscura. Well versed in a variety of disparate sounds they will no doubt spawn a set oozing with depth that’ll set the dance floor alight and then send it home with a warm hug. no one deserves to be priced out of a dance so if you’re struggling then just in touch and we’ll sort something out, no questions asked ^_^ if you’re able to, please try and bring a piece of fruit to add to the table and when the sun comes up we can all share in breaking fast - no worries if it’s a bit of a stretch, we’ll ensure ample fruitage but it’d be beautiful as one big collaborative effort(: the weirder the fruit the better We’d also like to invite people to bring any canned foods to donate to local food banks in South London, it feels only right to give back to a place that is serving us so kindly. To express ourselves with movement freely is a privilege that can’t go unacknowledged and it’s our duty to do even our smallest bit for our siblings. It should go without saying but there is 0 tolerance to any kind of racism/homophobia/transphobia/misogyny/xenophobia or d**khead-like-behaviour on our dance floor (or anywhere for that matter) and any exhibiting said d**kish behaviour shall be asked to leave.
