CRŪ is a space dedicated to contemporary techno and to a way of understanding the dance floor in which music sits at the very centre of the experience. Inspired by the spirit of Europe’s most influential clubs, CRŪ is built around carefully curated programming, extended sets, and an identity shaped by sound, light and the body. It is a space where freedom can only exist through respect, and where the dance floor becomes a meeting point for everyone who shares a commitment to club culture. The next session will take place on Friday 6 November at La Mirona, with Speedy J, the Dutch producer, DJ and techno pioneer, and one of the key figures in the evolution of contemporary electronic music. Since his debut on Plus 8 in 1990, Jochem Paap has developed a distinctive artistic language rooted in experimentation and sonic exploration, a path he continues to pursue today through STOOR, his live jam platform based in Rotterdam and presented around the world in live format. The line-up is completed by CRŪ’s residents, who will shape a night conceived as an immersive experience and a dance floor built to experience techno in its most physical, deep and radical form.
