Building A 1-1-16 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002 @meanswhile_meanwhile Tokyo Morning Beats.とrunning is meditationを掲げるINNICONがつくる、 新しい朝の体験。 INNICON @innicon_running ーJPNーーーーーーーー 今回は、音楽だけを楽しむのではなく、 走ること、味わうこと、音を聴くこと、空間を感じること。 さまざまな感覚を通して、自分自身へと意識を向けていきます。 9:00からはmeanswhileのブティックに集まり、 音楽とともに、光や風、人の動き、そこにあるプロダクトなど、 その場で起こるさまざまな変化を感じながら朝をスタート。 10:00からはランニングへ。 呼吸、足音、身体の動き、街の空気を感じながら、 自分の身体に意識を向けて走ります。 ランニングの後は、コーヒーと抹茶を楽しみながら、瞑想のセッションへ。 身体を動かした後だからこそ感じられる呼吸や身体の感覚。 一杯のコーヒー、一服の抹茶、その香りや温度に意識を向けながら、 外へ向いていた意識を、少しずつ自分自身へと戻していきます。 走る。味わう。聴く。感じる。 そして、自分自身を知覚する。 当日は先着10人の方は、INNICONのウェアを体験いただけます。 ーENGーーーーーーーー Rather than simply listening to music, this experience invites you to run, taste, listen, and feel — engaging your senses and gradually turning your attention inward. We begin at 9:00 AM at the meanswhile boutique, where music accompanies the subtle changes unfolding around us: light, wind, human movement, and the objects that inhabit the space. At 10:00 AM, we head out for a run. Tuning into your breath, footsteps, body movements, and the atmosphere of the city, you are invited to reconnect with your own body. After the run, we gather for a meditation session over coffee and matcha. Through the aroma, temperature, and taste of each cup, we bring our attention to the sensations that emerge after movement, gradually shifting our focus from the world around us to our inner selves. Run. Taste. Listen. Feel. And finally, perceive yourself.
