Since 2006, DoitJAZZ! has explored dance music across genres and generations, with jazz at its core. Continuing our 20th anniversary celebrations, we welcome Amsterdam-based DJ and producer Mendel to Kyoto this November. Rooted in hip-hop, Mendel moves freely from soulful boogie and disco to deep house and electro. Through his own party, Ciranda, he has cultivated warm dancefloors driven by a deep love for music. Beyond moments of euphoria, Mendel values the emotions within the groove and the connections music creates—a philosophy that resonates with DoitJAZZ!'s 20-year journey.
