Italian-born, Berlin-based DJ and producer Budino takes over Kiku Room for an extended six-hour set. A dedicated digger and selector, Budino has spent more than a decade immersed in Berlin’s underground, becoming a longtime presence at Cocktail d’Amore and playing some of the world’s most respected clubs and festivals, including Panorama Bar, fabric, Basement, Houghton, Horst Festival and Dekmantel Selectors. She is also the co-founder of Sonic Dream Recordings and runs the Nothing Special party series between Berlin and New York. Her sound is difficult to pin to a single genre, moving through psychedelic electronics, cosmic and Italo disco, new wave, tribal percussion, industrial rhythms, leftfield house and the strange corners in between. Beyond the booth, Budino curated The Sound of Love International 004 and has steadily moved further into production and edits. Her Budino Cuts collection arrived in 2025, followed by her three-track Open Circuit release in July 2026, featuring the original productions “Twisted,” “Storm” and “Spark.” For her Kiku Room debut, Budino will have the room open to close, giving her the space to stretch out and explore the full spectrum of her sound. See you on the dance floor.
