The last Proto Exotica party of the year and it’s kind of a biggie…disco, house, and electronic lifer Eric Duncan is casually stopping by Angel Music Bar, which will be his first time in Australia for exactly 11 years. DJ, producer, remixer, and peak-time party provider, Duncan has firmly taken the wheel of New York's underground dance scene since the mid-90s. He's also one half of the legendary duo Rub-N-Tug, a member of DFA's Still Going, and operates under the alias Dr Dunks for his solo productions. Over three decades, Duncan's built a repertoire of genre-hopping DJ sets, cult-favourite edits (C.O.M.B.I., Keep it Cheap), and remixes for artists including Grace Jones, LCD Soundsystem, Daniele Baldelli, Roxy Music, Todd Terje, Beastie Boys, Coldplay – and the list goes on! Catch him dialled in upstairs at Angel for 5 hours straight, with support from some local legends across both floors.
