The Social presents Greg Wilson — Halloween Special The Social returns to Hoylake Social Club for a very special Halloween edition, welcoming Greg Wilson to our intimate Wirral dancefloor. A hugely influential figure in UK club culture, Greg’s connection with the North West stretches back to the early days of the scene, through his sets at venues including Wigan Pier and Manchester’s Legend, to decades of dancefloors around the world. For this one, we’re bringing things back to a much smaller setting — a Funktion-One sound system and a proper dancefloor. The Social started as a small independent night with a simple idea: good music, good people and no unnecessary fuss. It’s grown almost entirely through word of mouth into a brilliant little community, while also helping support Hoylake Social Club — an important local venue that’s been fighting to keep its doors open. Expect house, disco, re-edits, classics and plenty in between, with Greg joined by The Social DJs. As it’s Halloween, we’ll be transforming the club for the night. Fancy dress is very welcome, but definitely not compulsory. Greg Wilson The Social DJs Friday 30th October 2026 7pm – late Hoylake Social Club, Wirral Funktion-One sound
