For our fifth edition, we’re beyond excited to welcome one of our biggest references: Confronto Soundsystem (El Roquer) For over 20 years, Confronto Soundsystem has been a driving force behind street parties in Brasília. Their events bring together all kinds of people in a free and democratic celebration, with deep bass at the heart of their occupation of public spaces. Rooted in the tradition of Jamaican sound system culture, Confronto explores the connections between reggae and electronic music, moving freely through Reggae, Ragga, Dancehall, Jungle, House, Garage and beyond. For this edition, Capetini & El Roquer will take over the Trauma decks, bringing selections and research entirely dedicated to the meeting point between Dub and Electronic Music.
