Named QMusic’s Emerging Artist of the Year for 2025, Lottie McLeod is making a name for herself as a singer songwriter to watch in the Australian Music Scene. Following the release of her debut EP “Bug” in May, Lottie immediately returned to the studio to begin recording her follow up, recording two tracks with producer Caleb Wright (Samia), in North Carolina, and setting the scene for Lottie's direction as an artist. On return, Lottie embarked on her first headline tour, signed to ABC Music and joined the line up for Triple J’s 50th Birthday celebration on the Gold Coast... And describes this as a true 'pinch me' moment. Lottie released her first single "Important to You" demonstrating her direction as a songwriter in February to great reviews and is excited to share more new music throughout 2026. Her follow up EP, "The Boathouse", recorded with producers Josh Beattie, Caleb Wright & Graham Ritchie/Blake Malone is planned for a September release.
