Diane Moe opens the night between dub, spoken word and letting go. __________________________________ ★ A Canadian musician, sound artist and educator based in Berlin, Deadbeat (Scott Monteith) is one of the most prolific figures in contemporary electronic music, with over 22 albums to his name and a discography as rich as it is cohesive, blending dub, techno and experimental sound. An unrivalled dub archivist and leading DJ, he has collaborated with the Red Bull Music Academy, Ableton and Native Instruments, and continues, after a career spanning more than 20 years, to push the boundaries of his art. ★ Tikiman (Paul St. Hilaire), a singer and producer originally from Dominica and based in Berlin, is a central figure in dub techno, recognised for having shaped the genre’s vocal and spiritual identity alongside Rhythm & Sound and the Basic Channel circle. Scion, a Berlin-based duo active since the mid-1990s, rounds off this dream line-up for a full-throttle dub techno experience: slow, physical and tailor-made for sound systems. ★ Between poetic experiences and sonic constructions, Diane Moe is a multidisciplinary artist who shares her discoveries through dub, art-rock, mental tribe and minimal textures laced with spoken word. Co-founder of the La Chemin collective, dedicated to underground soundsystem events in the Toulouse countryside, she has also been a resident on Egregore, TRNSTN Radio and Zest Radio.
