
Having relocated from Tennessee to Brooklyn last May, Marlow Shields’s music finds a balance between the twang of Nashville, the concrete rock of New York City, and the deserts of New Mexico where she was raised. With her ragtag band (Matt Muller on bass and Kobi Brown drums) Marlow explores carpet bagging, paranormal encounters, trans lesbianism, and everything in-between. ssa lin (pronounced like "sullen") is the Providence-based indie folk/pop project by Melissa Chaplin. Lust, romance, debt, self-discovery and existential dread are turned into songs that sound as though they could be written by the millennial love-child of Fiona Apple and Fleetwood Mac. debut album “baby” available everywhere. Zack Schiavetta, is an American composer, songwriter, musician, and producer born, raised, and based in New York City. They are a part of a community of musicians and artists that work and create between and outside of genres that stem back from their Antifolk roots at Sidewalk Cafe and Silent Barn. Influenced by pop and folk music growing up, acts like The Beatles, Chris Weisman, and Prisilca Ahn, Zack frequently records and produces by themself to write songs that put a fine microscopic lens over the relationships between boss and worker, genders, fall and rise of friendships, school and student, poor and rich, unknown and known, politician and polity.
