Iceblynk was formed in the Summer of 2019 by guitarist Martin Newman, vocalist Andrea Lynn and bassist James Newman. Following the release of their single 'Enter the Sky' the band was joined by drummer Rachel Fischer and wrote and recorded their 2024 single Plummet, which features the raucous title track and a mood driven rework of an early song 'Origami’. On Sept 17th they are set to release a new EP, BOAB. LOVINA FALLS 🎶 Described by The Boston Globe as “joyfully unclassifiable” and “elegant baroque pop drama,” Lovina Falls crafts a lush, genre-defying sound that blends art rock and dark dreampop with indie noir and post-punk textures. Their music is rich with layered harmonies and a dynamic interplay of electronic and organic instrumentation. Fronted by Valerie Forgione—former vocalist of Boston’s Mistle Thrush—whose vocals, praised for their emotional depth and ethereal power, have drawn comparisons to Bat For Lashes, Fiona Apple, and the Cocteau Twins. Lovina Falls have been a live mainstay since arriving in 2023 with the release of Calculating the Angle of our Descent followed by 2025's acclaimed Would That It Were EP. The band has recently shared the bill with The Chameleons, Freezepop, Count Zero, and Walter Sickert & The Army of Broken Toys.The live seven-piece ensemble features fellow Mistle Thrush alumni Alice The Lookout Honeys are a fierce bilingual punk band fusing dark punk, Irish folk grit, and gothic edge.
