Members of The Sambroso All Stars the UK's leading authentic Cuban band - come together for an inauguaral night as Asere Trio, bringing the real sounds of Cuba, old and new. Expect Buena Vista-style son, bolero and cha cha chá, Cuban jazz and modern timba. The trio features Havana-born percussionist and vocalist Javier Camilo, fellow Cuban Frank Portuondo on bass (MD of Paradise Under the Stars) and pianist Kishon Khan (MD of Lokkhi Terra and Cubafrobeat). Between them, they've played with Hugh Masekela, Tony Allen, Gilles Peterson's Havana Cultura and many more.
