ベルリンを拠点に、ディープテクノ、アンビエント、 ライブパフォーマンス、映画音楽、サウンドデザイ ンを横断して活動するKaterUnser、映画的かつ建 築的な視点から音を捉え、空気感、密なテクスチ ヤー、空間の奥行き、徐々に高まる緊張感を描き出 す。 長年の音楽探究に裏打ちされたDJセットでは、未発表音源や知られざる作品を織り交ぜ、一貫した音 の物語を紡ぐ。ライブでは自身の楽曲のみで世界観 を構築し、ドキュメンタリー映画や商業プロジェク トの作曲・サウンドデザインも手がける。 東京、ベルリン、パリ、アムステルダムなど15か国 で公演。自身のレーベル (mede) や (Edit Select> から作品を発表し、Richie Hawtin、DVS1、 Kangding Ray、 Cio D'Or、 Rene Wise, Takaaki Itoh, DJ Nobu、 Tommy Four Seven 5らサポートを受けている。 mødeではポッドキャストやイベントを展開。今後は芸術的方向性を共有するアーティストの作品 もリリース予定。 KaterUnser is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary artist working across deep techno, ambient music, live performance, film scoring, and sound design. His cinematic and architectural approach focuses on atmosphere, intricate textures, spatial depth, and the gradual development of tension. Drawing on years of music research, his DJ sets weave unreleased material and lesser-known productions into cohesive sonic narratives, while his live performances feature exclusively his own music. He also creates compositions and sound design for documentary films and commercial projects. He has performed across 15 countries, including Tokyo, Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam, Istanbul, Madrid, and Montreal, as well as multiple cities in Colombia and Mexico. His releases on møde and Edit Select have received support from Richie Hawtin, DVS1, Kangding Ray, Cio D'Or, Rene Wise, Takaaki Itoh, DJ Nobu, and Tommy Four Seven. Through podcasts, events, and forthcoming releases by like-minded artists, møde extends his artistic vision beyond his own productions.
