The Halley x Mind Body and Bass welcomes music industry professionals and creatives from artists, to bookers, to people working the club and festival spaces to this first Mind, Body and Bass workshop at the Halley. Looking after ourselves while working in the music industry often comes as an afterthought, and the classic wellbeing advice out there doesn't always fit how we actually live and work. Burnout is common in this industry, and wellbeing (mental, physical, financial) is so often tangled up with the pressures of the job. Mind, Body and Bass offers workshops and events for people in the music industry, helping artists and industry workers put their wellbeing first. What you'll leave with: Confidence in how to manage your wellbeing alongside your work. Autonomy to build a self care approach that's actually yours, not a copy paste Connection with others in the industry, through shared experience and story telling Simple, practical wellbeing tools you can use in your day to day In this two hour session, we willl combine guided tools for mental and physical relaxation and space for honest conversation, so you leave not just relaxed, but equipped. Drinks and snacks will be provided by The Halley. About me: I'm Genevieve, artist name ZE:NA. Raver turned DJ, promoter, and fitness and wellness professional.
