Akihabara Heavy Industry Inc., a techno party active since 2011, will hold its 43rd edition on October 11, 2026, at MOGRA in Akihabara, Tokyo. The guest DJs for this edition are Astro aka Akihisa Takahashi, a techno producer and DJ based in Osaka, and Kulage, a DJ duo based in Tokyo. One of the connections between the two artists is their recent releases on Tronic, the techno label founded by Christian Smith. Astro has released “Nasia EP,” while Kulage have released “Phase One EP” and “Blaze EP” on the label. Astro has also released “Shenron EP” on SWAY, featuring a remix by Hertz. His productions incorporate Detroit techno influences, with analog-sounding chords and powerful basslines. Meanwhile, Kulage have released “Filterheadz – Midnight Sun (Kulage Remix)” on Unity Records, developing a sound rooted in Raw / Deep / Hypnotic Techno. With their distinct styles and backgrounds, both artists continue to work across production and DJ performance within the contemporary techno scene. They will join Akihabara Heavy Industry’s resident DJs, live acts, and VJs for a night at MOGRA. 2011年より活動を続けるテクノパーティー「秋葉原重工 – Akihabara Heavy Industry Inc.」は、2026年10月11日、MOGRA（秋葉原）にて第43回を開催します。 今回のゲストDJには、大阪を拠点に活動するAstro aka Akihisa Takahashiと、東京を拠点に活動するDJデュオKulageを迎えます。 近年、両者はChristian Smith主宰のテクノレーベルTronicから作品を発表していることが共通点にあり、Astroは「Nasia EP」を、Kulageは「Phase One EP」「Blaze EP」をリリースしています。 また、AstroはHertzによるRemixも収録した「Shenron EP」をSWAYから発表。Detroit technoの影響を感じさせるコードや力強いベースラインを取り入れた作品を展開しています。一方、KulageはUnity RecordsからFilterheadz - Midnight Sun (Kulage Remix)を発表し、Raw / Deep / Hypnotic Technoを軸としたサウンドを展開しています。 それぞれ異なるスタイルとバックグラウンドを持ちながら、現在のテクノシーンで作品とDJの両面から活動する2組を迎え、秋葉原重工のレジデントDJ／ライブ、VJ陣とともに一夜を構成します。
