READY TO INCREASE YOUR BPM WITH ROD? ROD returns for its third edition — at BUS Hexperience, the unique open-air location at Playa del Forum, right by the sea. This time ROD is collaborating with AMUNT, a sport community based in BCN. TRAIN HARD, RAVE HARDER Rave of the Day is a daytime experience where functional training, electronic music and social connection come together. We start the day with 1 HOUR FUNCTIONAL WORKOUT led by a professional coach, accessible to all levels and fully driven by a live DJ set. Then the training space transforms into an open-air daytime rave focused on high-energy techno, movement and community. WANNA RUN TO THE RAVE? If you don't want to train, you will have the possibility to run. It will be a 5 or 7km run starting from city centre to BUS Hexperience.
