Sonson takes over the Pimpernel booth for a night shaped by years of experience, musical curiosity and a deep connection to Munich’s club scene. Starting out with a strong influence from US House, his sound has evolved across different corners of electronic music into a distinctive style built around deep grooves, driving rhythms and atmospheric moments. His sets are less about fixed genres and more about creating a journey that develops naturally with the dancefloor. A Pimpernel resident since 2017 and responsible for the club’s DJ bookings since 2024, Sonson is closely connected to the local scene. His productions have appeared on labels including Diynamic, Aprapta, Barré Music and Compost Records, while his edits have been played by artists such as Solomun, Dixon and Trikk.
