UK-born, Berlin-based Laurie Osborne a.k.a. Appleblim has been making & releasing music for 35 years, 21 of those on some of underground dance music’s most respected & influential labels, such as Skull Disco, Tempa, Aus Music, R&S Records & now Sneaker Social Club & Peak Oil. His work incorporates elements of dub, bass music, techno, electro, deep house, jungle, garage, breakbeat hardcore, ambient, drone & much more. Recent shows at events such as Reef at Berghain & festivals like We Out Here & Atonal show his commitment to forward-thinking, cutting-edge electronics. Combined with a veteran's knowledge of bass music & dancefloor dynamics plus an ability to join the dots and weave between eras & styles of dance music with ease, Appleblim is a selector's selector! - Born in Istanbul and based in Berlin since 2019, DJ Regret draws inspiration from free-parties, UK sound system culture and ’90s rave nostalgia to craft sets that move between acid-driven techno, breaks and electro as well as dubby rhythms and bass-heavy sounds. Behind the decks since the age of 19, he has played at countless underground spaces as well as renowned venues such as Tresor and Renate, sharing the booth with legendary names including Luke Vibert, Chris Liberator, Ixindamix, Crystal Distortion, Ben Pest and Robert Babicz. Beyond DJing, he is the co-founder of Ausländerbehörde, a Berlin-based collective and platform established in 2021 that is dedicated to amplifying underrepresented artists and sounds while fostering a strong bond between Berlin and Istanbul.
