girlSTEP, a play on the term 'brostep', is a night dedicated to highlighting women and LGBTQ+ creatives in the music and events industry, so join us at Honey Street Studios for dubstep, electro house and complextro! DJs will be blasting tracks from their childhood iPods, as well as anthems from the current resurgence of 2010s EDM Dress-up/Cosplay encouraged and welcome! No large objects, though, please! <3 Blue Star Events is committed to ensuring you have a safe night. We will have a safety officer on the floor, identifiable by a blue hi-vis that you can approach anytime. Honey Street Studio also has policies in place to ensure you have the best time! A portion of ticket sales will be going towards the charity 'Sparkle'. Sparkle is a grassroots, registered UK charity, whose reach extends to trans, non-binary and gender variant people, and their friends, families and allies.
