On 26 September, Morevi presents its members Skyra, performing live, and music enthusiast Givi Gelashvili, alongside Verbal, the mastermind behind Summoning and one half of Digital Groove Affair, a duo inspired by Chicago house, garage and ’80s disco; and Head High, René Pawlowitz’s alter ego beyond Shed: a reinterpretation of old-school house, early rave, UK breakbeat, and hardcore - a raw music world filled with tension, contrasts, and euphoria, where kick drums and heavy basslines collide with pianos, organ chords, and melancholic melodies. Born out of these influences, the Power House outlet became Head High’s core platform, both a manifestation of his artistic vision and a journey back through his own history. Head High's story begins in 2010 with It's A Love Thing (Piano Invasion), a release that laid the groundwork for his signature sound. The 2012 cult anthem Rave (Dirt Mix) was quickly followed by Burning and Megatrap, which marked the peak of that golden era. The Home. House. Hardcore mixes retrospectively presented material by Head High and WK7. Alongside his studio output, Head High's DJ sets are equally crucial to his identity, connecting the past to the present and transforming the dancefloor into a vessel for collective memory.
