On Saturday night, October 24, the Japan- and Berlin-based duo mii89 will be coming to Kunstkabinet. Making their first visit to Korea, they will present an immersive performance that transforms field recordings in real time through a combination of analog and digital synthesis equipment and Max/MSP processing. And Mohani, who will soon release an album created from recordings of the sounds of Seoul’s old trees in Jongno, will perform a gentle ambient set based on sounds from the album.
