Expect rich grooves, expressive and stellar musicianship and a colourful mix of styles from a band described by The Guardian’s John Lewis as “a terrific band with a clutch of witty and beautifully crafted songs”. *About Tamara Barschak* **Tamara Barschak** is a pianist, composer and singer who trained classically in London and at the Conservatoire de Montreuil in Paris. She has performed at many venues across London and and in the UK and is known for her multi genre music: a kaleidoscopic sound which weaves together jazz, soul, Latin, funk, blues, Bossanova and ballads. Tamara has also composed for stage, screen, adverts, pop videos and other visual media. Her credits include the advert for the 2009 Rome Interrnational Film Festival, the soundtrack to the Italian art house film “Indian Dream”, and the award-winning score to the multi award winning film “The 2.40 to London”. She was also commissioned to write the music to the play “Just Call Me Al” which premiered at the White Bear Theatre in June 2024. In 2023, Trinity College of Music published her piano variations on the song “A Whiter Shade Of Pale”, entitled “Variations On A Procul Theme”.
