Spend your Saturday afternoon with some shoegaze, grunge, slowcore & alternative rock from: @doomfever.fm @barren.sea @herlovingaftertaste @beigeband Missed Beige and Doom Fever at @leftofthedialrotterdam on Wednesday? This is your chance :) See you there! --- Doom Fever Doom Fever isn't a feverish doom band but a three-piece guitar rock group that blends '90s alt / indie and grunge rock with modern shoegaze influences. The band is keen on fuzz-driven songs, coiled around crashing drums and lo-fi riffs surrounded by walls of feedback, yet still finding melody in the chaos. Barren Sea Female-fronted 4-piece from Amsterdam combining elements of grunge, slowcore and shoegaze. Barren Sea combines powerful lyrics with raw intensity to create a lingering, emotional live experience. Her Loving Aftertaste Her Loving Aftertaste aims to touch the listeners heart with a mix of dreampop, slowcore, emo and shoegaze. A unique blend of sounds utilizing the simple power trio of drums, bass and guitar. Dreamy vocals that question life. Beige We are Beige. We play indie jazz-gaze rock music. Our quartet is multinational although we unite under one aural nation; Beigeland. Inspired by King Krule, Sonic Youth and Pixies, Beige is our answer to the spiritual debasement subjected to all on this Earth, to uplift and redirect our (shoe)gaze unto God via groove-heavy distortion and jazz chords.
