For his first-ever set in Vienna, London-based Chilean DJ and producer DJ Raff brings a sound rooted in Latin American and Afro-Latin rhythms, where jungle textures and tribal percussion meet dembow, Latin bass and house. His selections move between dense, hypnotic grooves and raw rhythmic energy, connecting sounds across borders through the physical pull of percussion and bass. Expect a dancefloor journey with deep roots and an exploratory spirit. Having played Sónar, MUTEK and Ozora, as well as Tate Modern and the Barbican, and supported Gilles Peterson and Tom Ravenscroft, Raff now brings that musical range to the intimate setting of Fanialive. Support comes from Atarrayo, a musician and producer hailing from Barranquilla, Colombia, who captures the essence of Afro-Colombian sounds and seamlessly blends them with electronic music.
