LOOPHOLE × COMPLICE — INTERSTICE Between worlds, where boundaries fade. INTERSTICE marks the beginning of a two-part collaboration between Loophole Paris and Complice Collective, unfolding between Berlin and Paris. Born from a shared desire to create spaces for experimentation, curiosity and encounter, INTERSTICE explores what can emerge between established forms, genres and practices. INTERSTICE is built around two focuses: FOR THE ARTISTS : INTERSTICE is conceived as a space for artistic exploration. Rather than defining a fixed musical territory, the format encourages encounters between influences, practices and approaches, leaving room for unexpected connections and new forms of expression. Across the programming, genres are allowed to blur and familiar boundaries to become more porous, creating space for different rhythms, textures and influences to coexist and resonate with one another. FOR THE CROWD : INTERSTICE aims to offer an inclusive, safe, respectful and caring environment where everyone can experience the party in their own way. A space for discovery, openness and coexistence, where differences are welcomed and everyone is free to bring their own sensitivity. Together, Loophole and Complice will do their best to build and preserve this environment, with particular attention to respect, consent, inclusion and everyone’s well-being. CHAPTER I — BERLIN The first chapter of INTERSTICE will take place on October 1st at ÆDEN, Berlin. Throughout the night, two distinct yet complementary floors will explore different sides of the same musical continuum, each shaped by its own atmosphere and artistic direction. The journey will unfold gradually, moving through hypnotic depths, mental and minimal structures, experimental textures and live expressions, while elsewhere broken rhythms, bass-driven grooves, trance-inducing sequences and more solar energies will open other paths through the night. Rather than drawing strict lines between genres, the programming is conceived as an invitation to move between them, allowing dancers to explore the spaces that exist in between, while giving artists the freedom to propose exclusive formats and take the music in unexpected directions. Alongside the music, an exhibition will bring together artists from different practices around the theme of INTERSTICE. Curated jointly by Complice and Loophole, each artist will approach the concept through their own language and medium, creating a dialogue between materials, forms and sensitivities. ABOUT LOOPHOLE PARIS For the past two years, Loophole has been creating gatherings in and around Paris with one idea in mind: putting music, the dancefloor and the crowd back at the centre of the experience. While its roots remain in techno, Loophole draws from a wider spectrum of club music, bringing different influences together and encouraging curiosity for sounds that might sit outside familiar territories. Each gathering is conceived as an immersive experience of its own, shaped by the music, the setting, the artists and the atmosphere. No two are meant to feel the same, with the hope of creating those rare moments that somehow seem to exist outside of time. While music remains at the heart of Loophole, each gathering is also an opportunity to give space to emerging and multidisciplinary artists, bringing music, visual arts, performance and other forms of expression into dialogue. More than anything, Loophole seeks to create spaces where people feel free to dance, discover, connect and let go, without judgement. A safe space can never simply be declared: it has to be built together, through care, respect and attention to one another. —————————————————————————————————————————— 12 HOURS • 2 DANCEFLOORS • Outdoor • chili area • Rooftop • Garden —————————————————————————————————————————— Our events are intended to be safe, welcoming spaces for everyone.
