Since 2014 Mandel has made Berlin his home adding his unique musical blend to the sound of the city. Balthazar Martinez: Originally from France and based in Berlin for over a decade, Balthazar is recognized for his wide-ranging record collection, infectious energy, and groove-driven sets blending Techno, Deep-Cuts, Percussive Rythms, House and Disco. He is a resident at Refuge Worldwide, a core member of coppi, part of the Houseum Records family, and closely affiliated with Frappé Records.
