Brokenchord is the solo project of Lithuanian musician Ernestas Kaušylas. As an electronic music producer, he was nominated for Best Composer at the Lithuanian Golden Stage Cross Awards. His early works were broadcast on BBC Radio before he signed with the UK label Black Acre. In 2011, his track "Lowe" was featured on Radiohead's official website recommendations, and he was invited to produce an official remix of "Give Up the Ghost" from The King of Limbs. His 2026 album Lima Echo Crack! was selected for Bandcamp Daily's Essential Releases of the week and added to rotation by Seattle's KEXP. This October, Brokenchord will embark on his first China tour, bringing a specially prepared solo live set to Beijing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, and Shanghai.
