Kotti, oida! returns to Paloma Bar for its second edition, bringing another slice of Vienna’s house scene to Kreuzberg. Host Reeno Reluv is joined by Miyra Lim and JP Bechamel for a night spanning soulful house, disco and the deeper strains of Chicago, Detroit and New York dance music. Miyra Lim builds open, expressive sets rooted in movement and dance. They are part of Love-Fi and Res.Radio and a resident at Beyond the Groove. JP Bechamel draws on ’80s and ’90s Chicago, Detroit and New York, tracing those sounds back to disco and beyond. He is a core member of A Party Called JACK and Love-Fi. Reeno Reluv has been part of underground dance music culture since the early ’90s, from working in record shops in Vienna and New York to decades of DJing, radio play and promoting.
