**Bizou** Formed in 2017, Bizou brings together Josiah Mazzaschi (Light FM, Child Seat), Nicole Fiorentino (Smashing Pumpkins, Veruca Salt, Garbage), Marisa Prietto (Wax Idols, Glaare, Some Ember), and Nicki Nevlin (Light FM). The band leans on chemistry over pedigree — folding post-punk urgency into synthwave, industrial, trip- hop, and experimental pop, and translating it into wall-of-sound live sets that have built them a devoted cult following. Following the release of their critically acclaimed Tragic Lover in 2021, the members dispersed into various creative pursuits: Mazzaschi formed the kinetic indie/new-wave project Child Seat with singer Madeleine Matthews; Prietto co-wrote an LP with longtime collaborator Dylan Travis of Some Ember; and Fiorentino joined Garbage for a series of multinational tours. In summer 2025, Mazzaschi and Prietto reconvened at Cave Studio to begin writing and recording what would become Widow. After a multi-year incubation, the EP arrives in September 2026. **LANDROID** Hailing from Landers, California, in the Mojave Desert, LANDROID creates cinematic synthpop that blends shoegaze, dreamwave, and noir-soaked psychedelia. Led by Cooper Gillespie and Greg Gordon, with Nigel Roman recently joining the lineup, the band has been described by Rival Magazine as “channeling the vibes of a neo-noir crime drama set to testimonials from Art Bell’s Coast to Coast AM.” Drawing comparisons to Beach House, Still Corners, and Cannons, LANDROID pairs Gillespie’s ethereal vocals and groovy basslines with Gordon’s drums and electronic production and Roman’s atmospheric guitar. Together, they create songs that are lush and melodic, with a live show that builds them into a powerful wall of sound. Their 2026 album, Constellation, unfolds like fragments of memory beamed across multiple timelines. It’s music shaped by the vastness and isolation of the California desert, but equally at home on the dance floor beneath disco lights at midnight. **Nightjacket** Nightjacket have established themselves as a prominent indie dream pop act in the Los Angeles music scene. With lush soundscapes, pulsing beats, and soaring vocals, Nightjacket has received critical acclaim. The six-song EP, Eternal Phase, of hypnotic and airy compositions would go on to receive acclaim locally and nationally by the likes of SPIN, Consequence of Sound, FLAUNT, Los Angeles Magazine, LA Weekly and more, and led to shows with like-minded acts such as The Mary Onettes, Veruca Salt and Tennis System, as well as a west coast tour of the U.S. with Canadian psychedelic rock band The Besnard Lakes.
