Hosted and curated by the one and only MATERIA HACHE, this time we welcome two community makers, Berlin-based DJs bringing their own flavours to the dancefloor. JAMES LOTION is part of SWEAT and resident at Den Anden Side in Copenhagen. His sound moves through deep, weird, playful and sensual house, taking its time to build rather than rushing towards the peak. Expect a slow-burning groove that gradually turns up the heat. ELLIEPHUNK is part of casadephunk and hosts shoes-off at Refuge Worldwide. Her approach to house is eclectic and playful, mixing soulful vocals, cheeky breaks, jazzy touches and unexpected genre crossings.
