Novos Londrinos are a Brazilian-inspired band based in North London. Claudia, Jackson, Jonny, Gio and Rachel were brought together in 2021 by their love of bossa nova, samba and música popular brasileira. With original songs channelling the influence of legends like Tom Jobim, Elis Regina, Marcos Valle, Gilberto Gil and Sérgio Mendes, their sets are packed with infectious grooves and soulful vocals. Having played at London venues like The Jago, Doña, Grow Hackney, and MAP Studio Cafe, in 2025 Novos Londrinos took their vibrant sound to Glastonbury Festival. In 2026 they released their self-titled debut EP, recorded at Giant Wafer and Abbey Road studios.
