Doll House is an event series put on by DJs and Community Organizers Ms.Myles and Sofia Fly that aims to provide a platform where Trans women (the Dolls), and Trans people have their voices and stories amplified. November 21st will be the biggest, boldest, and most impactful edition yet at Osler Records. November 20th is known internationally as Trans Day of Remembrance and is historically and politically the most significant of the days for the Trans community. It is a day to mourn and celebrate the lives of the trans people lost due to violence or suicide. It is a heavy day that carries a lot of emotional weight, which is something we seek to hold space for without compromising the goal of having a gathering and celebrating our trans present and giving hope to our trans futures by fundraising for recipients at GEORGE CHUVALO NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE & RAINBOW RAILROAD. These organizations provide resources to the Trans & 2SLGBTQIA+ Community locally and nationally.
