Ouissam, founder of Snug, Equation and Savage, has been a driving force in building and connecting communities around underground music in Vietnam. And Hibiya Line, founder of The Observatory, has spent years doing much of the same from this very place — creating a home for adventurous music, artists and people from Vietnam and far beyond. These two have shared the decks many, many times over the past decade, across countless nights, parties and dancefloors. Now they come together for one more at the Obs as we know it.
