“American Seraphim is the project of North Carolina born guitarist, composer, and singer Christian Cail. It has been aptly described with the prefixes (chamber, baroque, indie, prog, psychedelic, avant, freak) and the suffixes (folk, country, pop, and rock).Sonically, we attempt to quilt contradictory elements into something unitary: acoustic/electric, improvised/composed, incidental/deliberate, simple/ambitious. Son of Jacob is the brainchild of singer/songwriter Will Jacobson. Birthed in his New Jersey childhood basement at the age of 12 to channel his suburban adolescent angst, and continuing to this day as an eccentric live act with horns, strings, and synths bursting around tightly constructed harmonies, Son of Jacob has evolved along with its creator over the last decade, mirroring his incremental personal growth. Tackling anxiety, insecurity, euphoria, and existentialism with a dash of retro poptimism, The Album is a curated collection of his musings, written, recorded, and re-recorded over many years, showcasing a breadth of musical and thematic inspiration. Peaceful Faces is a brass-forward art-rock project led by songwriter/trumpeter Tree Palmedo. Merging sensitive songcraft with orchestral and jazz-inspired arrangement, Peaceful Faces has released three albums including 2025's Without A Single Fight, which PopMatters hailed as "brilliant," with "chamber-pop perfection and sophisticated melodies.”
