## WHAT IS BONOBOS? Bonobos are great apes native to the forests of the Congo Basin, known for their highly social nature and complex ways of communicating. Their social interactions include rhythmic vocalizations and coordinated movement — a natural relationship between sound, rhythm, and connection. Bonobos is also a new DJ collective founded by MM and Pew, bringing together their shared passion for music and the underground scene. MM, part of the Dual team, and Pew, founder of Human Hideout, created Bonobos as a space for experimentation, collaboration, and movement across different sounds and styles.
